This Sunday, Oct. 31, 7pm marks the most diabolical and epic Halloween alleycat ABQ will ever witness. Prepare yourself to battle the forces of darkness as you race against time to seal the gate to the underworld before Satan's minions overrun the Earth. Those who survive will have their pick of Velocity rims, Fyxation Grips, special Halloween edition Hold Fast straps, a Chrome Citizen bag and the highly coveted WINNER'S JERSEY! Plus goodie bags for all participants, booze, metal, and a fucking good time...

 

The race will be approx. 20 miles long, checkpoint format, and starts at 7:30pm. Bring lights and a costume of some kind, anything is cool as long as you make some kind of effort. Riders on geared bikes must disengage their derailleur or take a time penalty, this penalty will also apply to anyone not in costume. Prizes for Top 6, 1st & 2nd Ladies, Best Costume, and DFL.

 

I still need a few volunteers to help man checkpoints - without revealing too much, I'm looking for people who are willing to get pretty "theatrical", i.e. dress up and play monsters... If you don't want to race and are interested email me at dpolks85@gmail.com, I'll make it worth your while.
